Tracey Holden is one of the Project Leads for the GLA:D\u00ae<\/strong> New Zealand programme. She is a physiotherapist working in private practice specialising in persistent pain and a holistic approach to wellness. Tracey has strained in Clinical Pilates and has 10 years’ experience using Pilates when working with groups and individuals. Her post-graduate degree in Communications investigated physiotherapy moving from a model of illness to a wellness model.
