She is a physiotherapist working in private practice specialising in persistent pain and a holistic approach to wellness. Tracey has strained in Clinical Pilates and has 10 years&#8217; experience using Pilates when working with groups and individuals. Her post-graduate degree in Communications investigated physiotherapy moving from a model of illness to a wellness model.
