She worked closely with the team from\u00a0Denmark to bring the GLAD\u00ae Programme to Canada in\u00a02016 and is leading the implementation of the\u00a0GLA:D\u00ae Canada programme across the country. She has held leadership positions at Bone and Joint\u00a0Canada since 2006 and has been the Executive\u00a0Director since 2011.\u00a0Under her leadership Bone and Joint Canada has been successful in building the knowledge translation network for orthopaedic care across the country including the development and implementation of National Toolkits for hip and knee replacements and hip fracture. She has used her knowledge and experience to effectively launch GLA:D\u00ae\u00a0Canada across the country to meet the needs of each of the provinces and\u00a0territories. Rhona received her physiotherapy degree from the University of Greenwich in London and her M.B.A. from the Edinburgh Business School.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OTHER KEY ROLES<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Global Alliance of Musculoskeletal Health<\/span> &#8211; Mandate to bring together researchers, policy makers and clinicians to improve care for people with MSK conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Member, 2010 \u2013 present<\/li><li>Communication Lead, 2018 \u2013 present.
